Speaker: Fabrice Roy, art history lecturer, President of the Société des Amis du Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice/ Musée Chéret, specialist in the 19ᵉ century.
A baritone with a passion for opera, he writes, directs and performs original shows, including ‘Impressionists’, performed at the Montansier theatre in Versailles and at the Orangerie des Tuileries to close the ‘Claude Monet’ exhibition at the Musée d'Orsay in Paris.

Cézanne painted peaches, Gauguin oysters, Caillebotte hors d'oeuvres, Renoir aubergines and shallots, Pissarro vegetable gardens. The canoers' lunch overflowed with victuals on the terrace of the Maison Fournaise, immortalised by the same Renoir. Painting and gastronomy have always gone hand in hand. It's into this hybrid world that Fabrice Roy will be inviting the public to immerse themselves during a talk specially concocted for gourmets...
